How can I access each of the perks?

Each perk is provided by a third-party partner. You can access them via the links on your Eleos dashboard, which will direct you to the specific provider’s login page.

How will I receive my login credentials?

Each provider will email you directly with your unique login details. Keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case) for these onboarding emails.

Who are the providers of the perks?

Each service is delivered by a specialist UK partner: qualified GPs, counsellors and physiotherapists. Your dashboard shows who provides each service and how to reaords by FootprintID (for you) and PawprintID (for your pet). Roadside assistance varies by location; see your membership card for your provider.

Are the perks available instantly?

Digital health checks are available instantly. Other services may take up to 72 hours to activate. Check your email and the Eleos dashboard for your credentials.

Is there an added cost?

No. The Wellness Subscription is included with your policy at no additional cost to you.

What happens if I cancel my policy?

Access is tied to your active cover. If you cancel your policy, your access to these services will end.

Can I use the shopping rewards with other coupons?

Yes. ShoppingBoss rewards are stackable, so you can use them on top of store coupons, loyalty points, and credit card rewards.
